Fresh Off The Press: Lost In The Past – That’s That

Bendigo’s own Lost In The Past have arrived on the scene with their debut single “That’s That”. The creative project of 17-year-old guitarist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist Aaron Pearce, LITP blends punchy pop-rock hooks with a heavier, metal-influenced energy that nods to 90s rock icons like Stone Temple Pilots and Silverchair.

On “That’s That”, Aaron handled lead guitar, bass, piano, and all vocals, teaming with renowned Australian drummer Gerry Pantazis for a powerful first release. Since launching in August 2025, the track has already earned early airplay and industry praise, with Aussie Trove Radio calling it “one of the most impressive debuts of the year.”

Lyrically, the single reflects on closure — whether in relationships, friendships, or life’s seasons — and the moment of acceptance that it’s time to move forward. Driving riffs and dynamic drumming give the track its bite, while a melodic, heartfelt hook delivers the emotion.

Lost In The Past have recently welcomed a new drummer on board, with plans to expand their lineup further.
