American alt-rock heavyweights A Perfect Circle have officially announced their long-awaited return to Australia, confirming a run of headline shows across the country this December.
The tour marks the band’s first Australian visit in more than a decade, with fans having last seen the group on local stages back in 2013.
Formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan, A Perfect Circle quickly became one of alternative rock’s most distinctive acts, blending brooding atmospheres, cinematic soundscapes and powerful vocals into a sound that has produced classics like Judith, 3 Libras and The Outsider.
Joining the tour as special guests will be Keenan’s other project Puscifer, meaning the vocalist will be pulling double duty throughout the run.
The Australian leg will follow the band’s major European tour earlier in 2026 and continues a renewed period of activity after years of relative quiet from the group.
Fans can expect a setlist spanning the band’s acclaimed catalogue, which includes albums such as Mer de Noms (2000), Thirteenth Step (2003) and Eat the Elephant (2018).
